I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service that I received. I bought a gorgeous diamond bangle 5 years ago from Bliss in Maine while on vacation. 2 years later broke it and lost several of the diamonds. I live in NY and could not find anyone to repair it. I called the store and was told to send it to them they will repair no charge!! Well life got in the way. I brought my wife into Bliss Jewelers while waiting to get into a nearby restaurant, hoping to find a nice diamond necklace for her and at the same time, not get ripped off. To my delight, as we were passing by, we were greeted by Manoj. The wife was hesitant in going inside, but with Manoj and I twisting her arm, she agreed to check it out.
