The salon advertises blowouts for $29, but I was charged $50. Very misleading pricing. Disappointing experience.

Terrible experience for both me and my daughter. We had appointments for wash and blowouts—service was unprofessional from start to finish. The stylist burned my scalp, ripped out strands of hair, and sprayed hairspray in my eye. She spent my entire blowout loudly chatting with a man showing her photos on his phone. My daughter’s hair was left stiff and sticky like ballroom hair from overuse of product. We were charged $45 and $55 (totaling over $132 which included a CC tax) despite the “$29 blowout” sign in the window. Poor... read more
