I didn't catch the ladies name but savibg my hair the way she did. I have been sick for months and this afternoon she made me feel human again. Just in saving my hair. The ACTUAL CARE she gave my hair was just above and beyond. I am happy to say I have rebooked and found my forever hair care specialist 💓
I attended this salon based on its positive reputation and invested over $400 for a scalp bleach treatment which needed to be done x2 over 5 hrs in the salon as the first time was yellow. Unfortunately, the procedure went wrong, causing severe burns to my scalp. I developed painful blisters and required medical treatment, including antibiotics and topical creams, as diagnosed and prescribed by my GP. This salon deserves an award i have been going here for approx. 6 years. Everytime i walk i with what i want the girls never fail to dissapoint. Ingrid is amazing and today Vanessa worked her magic and started to make my dreams of becoming bright red come true. Highly reccomend this salon even if it is a bit of a drive for you.
