Since high school, my confidence has been nonexistent, so I decided to venture out of my comfort zone and try something new, and I am glad I did! Today was my first intro to pole class with Damaris, and it was a blast. I kept getting discouraged at times when I would mess up the moves, but Damaris was like a ray of sunshine; she made me feel like it was okay to not get it right away and to keep trying. 10/10 would recommend
