Amazing experience!!! I was able to book an appointment quickly; the staff was very friendly and accommodating; it certainly left me with that 'special customer' feeling. Lacey was my esthetician, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and my treatment was excellent. When I left my skin was revitalized and radiant and I was totally relaxed. I strongly recommend Bliss (and Lacey) and very much looking forward to my hair experience and treatment.

Had to wait two and a half months between appointments as there was a change in staff and limited availability. I finally get in to find out I wasn’t scheduled correctly and couldn’t get the highlights I wanted since she didn’t have enough time. I figured fine, next time I’ll do my highlights again. Well then I was told they lost the formula to my color. I showed them what it was and pointed it out on their board. I got nothing close to what I wanted or had. My hair now feels fried.
