Bliss Events provided a nice, clean and safe environment for my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday party along with her friends our family. I appreciated the safe space because I wanted to keep her friends safe while they were in my care while having a fun time. Although I'm praising the cleanliest and safety of the environment, I have had time to reflect that the price I paid for this event didn't really meet my expectation of being rated 5 Star! We rented this hall for a Thanksgiving event and the experience was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable from start to finish. The owner watched our event the entire night, repeatedly basically hovering, which made guests feel uneasy and disrespected. At one point, the owner even appeared during intimate/private moments, which was inappropriate and unacceptable.
