This place has been so fantastic. The whole team is caring and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Dr.Burnett and her staff are amazing. I hadn't been to the dentist in so long and they made me feel so at ease every step of the way. Im so happy to have found them.
Dr. Bliss and her associates are by far the most thorough and knowledgeable practitioners I’ve visited in the greater Boston area. Her office staff are top notch, welcoming, and attentive to every need my husband and I had. If you want genuinely superb service whether for routine cleaning or more intensive care, I strongly recommend this practice above all others! 10/10 would recommend over and over again.
I have always been extremely dental phobic. Dr Bliss has put me completely at ease. She explains everything she is going to do before she does it and it’s been painless. She and her staff are just wonderful! So glad I landed there.
My daughter met with Dr. Ficarelli yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. He was very kind and helpful in explaining to her how to manage dental hygiene with braces. During the examination, he explained everything he was doing and gave clear instructions for post care. Dental offices can be an anxiety inducing place but the Bliss Dental Group office was incredibly warm and welcoming. Dr. Ficarelli and Dr. Bliss are an amazing team! Thank you so much!
Couldn't have asked for a better dentist from when my dentist retired, Dr bliss actually goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable and does her best job eveytime, I used to not be a fan of going to any dentist but when I started with bliss she makes it enjoyable somehow!
