I had a running injury in September that had me down but Tammy Honeycutt worked with me with various massage techniques once a week for a month. She listened and knew just what to do and alleviated my pain and helped my muscles to heal. This weekend I ran a half marathon and finished under my goal time. Thanks Bliss Day Spa!!

I went to Bliss Day Spa today. I want to say the personnel are very knowledgeable and professional. My Swedish massage was giving by Sandra. She is truly awesome. I would definitely give Bliss Day Spa five stars for a fantastic day. I will be going back.
Take time for wellness! Neck and back pain are no joke! Stress can take a toll and I have had my share lately. I woke with neck pain on my left side. A deep tissue message from Tammy has given me much relief. What a blessing! Thank you Tammy �
Had a hot stone massage with Kelly she was wonderful made me feel so comfortable, and the massage was just right, with two kids under two I really needed it! Thanks Kelly!
My daughter got a spray tan and absolutely loved it! Not orange at all, very glowy. It was her first spray tan and they made it a comfortable and great first experience.
The ladies at Bliss always ask if there is a problem area and they will target that area. I went in with a terrible headache on one of my visits and when I left, I had no headache at all and felt completely relaxed. I went this past Friday and Sandra did an awesome job. I can't wait until my next visit.
