RecommendedI had the pleasure of working with Daryl this past weekend at my first powerlifting competition. I waited until after I was finished competing, but he was able to relieve some of the tightness in my hips/upper back as a result of the day. I would highly recommend letting him work on you!

My appointment was with Rebekah, arriving the business place was perfect, i met Rebekah she was very professional asked what i was here for and while the massage was going she talked and asked little questions and found more deep rooted information about my feet that could be the reason why me knees hut so bad. I highly recommend her and Synergy 😊

RecommendedI had a deep tissue massage with Carrie today and she was amazing! I have had shoulder pain for the last several months caused by knots in my shoulders. Carrie worked on my shoulders a lot and I finally feel like I have full range of motion in my shoulders again. Will definitely return!

I wasn’t sure what I was going into , but I must say it was the most RELAXING hour I had spent awake in a longggg time!
