I do not recommend Bliss and Co. I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Bliss and Co. I have been to this salon twice and both time they did not do what I asked. The second time I asked for a neutral brown hair color and nothing ashy. The words out of my stylist mouth were, "Oh the ends turned out ashy." If you know it turned out poorly and not willing to fix it then or set up a time to get it fixed the next few days, then I recommend not going to this salon.
