I purchased a groupon for their services based on good reviews. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance and called to confirm 48 hours before (did not hear back, should have been a red flag). The morning of my appt. they did not show. She claimed they double booked the time slot. She promised to get someone to me by 1:30pm (4 hours after the original appt. time) that same day, again no one showed. This women was difficult to work with. She showed up late for an estimate; over priced the house ($150 for two bedroom clean); was unkind and insincere. She demanded cash and belittled me saying she would not accept check due to the fact she thought I would cancel it. I will not be using her services again.
The service is amazing! Have nothing but great things to say about Bliss. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks for a job well done every time!!
