Hi! I receive massages and sound healing from Billy and have been for over two years. He is amazing. He knows by his expert trained touch just where all the knots are, concrete as he kids me, in my case. I walk in, often slightly slower because I waited too long between appointments. We both know what that means. We booked massages here, paid our deposit, and at the scheduled time the doors were locked. I called - no answer or response to my voicemail. I emailed - no response there, either. I have to work with my credit card on a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid at all costs. Unreliable and dishonest.
This is my new go-to in Palm Desert, and yes, I'd fly in just to get a massage here! This was my first time at Bliss Chakra Spa (after having a terrible experience at another local spa). If you read their philosophy, it matched exactly what I believe in and was looking for. I got the Abhyanga - Ayurvedic massage with Billy, and it was life changing. My daughter and I escaped to Palm Springs for some fun in the sun and we scheduled a wonderful massage at Bliss Chakra. We opted for their signature “Heaven and Earth Raindrop Massage”. Neither my daughter or myself have ever experienced a massage like this before. Nicole was my masseuse, and she massaged beautifully from head to toe, and also added aroma therapy, AND sounding bowls. A very unique and enjoyable experience. The music they play is also soothing, we walked away from there feeling so relaxed!
Went for an apparently overdue massage. Had been experiencing both shoulder pain every morning for weeks. Pretty sure it’s stress. Went there for a session and the pain stopped the next day. Definitely recommend this place.
