This space has a warm and tranquil vibe. All four elements were represented in the tasteful zen decor. I love its rich earthy colors, wood accents and warm lighting. The sheets were buttery soft, the temperature of the massage table was perfect and the room was cooled to a comfortable temperature. Hi! I receive massages and sound healing from Billy and have been for over two years. He is amazing. He knows by his expert trained touch just where all the knots are, concrete as he kids me, in my case. I walk in, often slightly slower because I waited too long between appointments. We both know what that means. A little pain at the beginning for the amazing results when I walk out, smiling and remembering to schedule my next two week appointment so it’s a bit easier on both of us. We booked massages here, paid our deposit, and at the scheduled time the doors were locked. I called - no answer or response to my voicemail. I emailed - no response there, either. I have to work with my credit card on a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid at all costs. Unreliable and dishonest.
This is my new go-to in Palm Desert, and yes, I'd fly in just to get a massage here! This was my first time at Bliss Chakra Spa (after having a terrible experience at another local spa). If you read their philosophy, it matched exactly what I believe in and was looking for. I got the Abhyanga - Ayurvedic massage with Billy, and it was life changing.
