Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. They make choosing the perfect dress stress free. No high pressure sales tactics like the big box stores. Prices are great and taxes are lower than will or cook county
I had a great experience! The two ladies that worked with me were fantastic! I felt like a bride my entire visit. I found my perfect dress and can't wait to wear it on my special day! :)
I had my first experience at Bliss Bridal today looking for my wedding dress! Melanie was very helpful and very sweet and helped me with the dresses and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams! I will highly recommend this store to anyone!

I got my wedding dress from here and I absolutely loved it. I was able to do a payment plan and everything and not have to come up with all the money up front.

The store was good but the seamstress was completely unprofessional. After meeting with her 4 times, she never got it right. Paid her $205 to basically hem the dress....i had to fix the rest. Any money back? No. If you buy a dress there, DO NOT LET THEM DO ALTERATIONS!!! Save yourself the headache.

I apologize that you were unhappy with your seamstress, please remember that they are independent of the store. They do not pay the store nor are they paid by the store, if the bride seeks any refund it must be addressed with the seamstress. It is simply an option for our brides and brides are always welcome to take their dress to another seamstress. Again I am so sorry and had I been aware of this it would have been immediately addressed.
