Celine is AMAZING. I was anxious finding someone new and not in a salon. Her home is clean and new. She was so gentle on my head. Her work speaks for itself. I adore it, I have given her number to 2 other women so they can go see her.I have not felt so beautiful in a long time. Got to catch up on my crime shows as well.
