Spoke to the owner on the phone while we were having a disaster over the XMAS 2022 holidays. It ended up being a septic issue that he could not personally fix but he spent over 15 minutes with us after hours (6:30 PM during holiday week) answering our questions and providing advice on who we should call/the best way to get our situation addressed given the circumstances + after hours dynamic. Really appreciated the time he spent with us despite no gain for him! Upstanding person.

Nice guy, very busy, not very good at keeping appointments. Had him do a total replumb of my house after a flood. Quite often put my job off doing "emergency jobs". Had several things I did for myself when he was too busy to come by. After he was done, had two small leaks (warrantee work). After over a dozen phone calls ( most of which went unanswered) and quite a few texts, I still haven't gotten any action. I even called the GC that hired him to pressure him and only got promises.
