Natalie was amazing! It was a spontaneous decision on a random Saturday and she made it worth it. Very hygienic and clean, very professional but makes you feel very comfortable especially when making a big decision like a nose piercing. Thank you Natalie! I got my flat piercing done here with Natalie, and I had a great experience overall. The room was clean, well-lit, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. Natalie was professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled - she explained everything as she went, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. The only thing I wish was if there were many jewelry options to choose from, but it wasn’t a big deal since I plan to switch it out later anyway. I will be going back for the second piercing soon!
