Poor communication and can't be trusted!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars. That’s how bad our experience with this “sign company” was. We were required to use this company through the brand we chose to convert to. However, this sign company should be banned from making signage for all hotels. First off, they delayed the manufacturing process by several weeks. We were assured the sign would be manufactured by a set date multiple times and then it was delayed. We kept having to reschedule with our installer multiple times due their excuses. Worked with BlinkSigns to install a new sign at our church. The process in getting that sign had a few hiccups but nothing out of the ordinary. We got the sign up and installed and we were satisfy with the end result. Fast forward to about a year later and our church bought a new building which required getting our sign taken down at your old faculty and installed at your new location.
