Called to make an appointment to get lenses put into frames I already own. The first person I talked to hung up on me - the second person I talked to seemed to think what I was asking was abominable, "We're closing down so we don't do new lenses." Don't waste your time.

Called to schedule appointment to fix two pairs of glasses I bought here and they just refused to fix them. The technicians are amazing human beings (showed in a previous review), but really the reception folks are different.

I was denied service on the day of my appointment without giving a reason. I was already waiting for this appointment for over a month now. All I got was that the "Optometrist couldn't see you today". I was insisted to reschedule to a date after a month from my original appointment. Preposterous.

Be sure to schedule at least 1-2 months in advance if you choose to go here. I called to schedule an appointment here and the first opening was nearly 2 months away. I finally showed up to my appointment only to be told that the doctor does not prescribe hard contact lenses? They literally ask you what you're scheduling the appointment for. I clearly stated I needed an annual eye exam for my prescription glasses and HARD CONTACT LENSES. The long awaited two months, only to get turned away from the receptionist. I got resched... read more
