I have been coming to Javonna for about 8 months and she always does a fabulous job. She listens to what I want, and she is very talented and skilful. Also, she is funny and easy to talk to, she put me completely at ease from the first visit. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else!
i bought a groupon for volume eyelash extensions, and the day before my appointment she texts me telling me to cancel the groupon and pay her directly. i didn’t know how to do that and neither did she. when i sent her another text she left my text on Read. i texted her again and she wouldn’t open it. needless to say i returned the groupon. EXTREMELY unprofessional.
The worst costumer service I have ever witnessed. I was double booked and cancelled on multiple times, and was left sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time or your money at this establishment. Very unprofessional.
