I honestly HATE writing bad reviews, but wanted this to be a warning for anyone looking for bridal henna. Luckily for me, it wasn’t that serious and it was only $20 so I’m not mad about it. But if you’re a bride, this might not be the place for you. The young lady that did my henna was very sweet and she was working alone. Avoid this place at all cost. My daughter went in for a basic eyebrow wax and her skin on her eyelid was ripped off! The pain is excruciating! It’s been 3 days now and she still can’t open her eye without crying from the pain which only makes it worse. Her eye is swollen and purple, it looks like a black eye. To top it off, they still insisted she pay. Currently, treating with an anti biotic ointment.
Go to professionals, not these idiots who don't know how to do their job
Definitely will not be back to this place. I was getting my eyebrows done and was asked to check to see if I was satisfied and I suggested I wanted a modification on them and was told no. I am the paying customer and if I want a modification or alteration then it should be respected and executed. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful at the same time.
