I got a brow lamination, tint, and threading done here, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing and painful experience. I clearly asked to keep the natural brow length and just clean up the bottom, but the technician did threading first (which was very painful), then applied the lamination solution. I mentioned that my left brow was burning, but was told to leave it if it was bearable. Four days later, the area is still sore and peeling. My wife Just got her brows waxed and tinted, and she’s honestly a bit disappointed. It felt like the girl doing them was still learning, which is fine we all start somewhere but not when shes paying full price. She didn’t even ask her what she wanted for my brow shape, and the tint didn’t turn out how she expected. If shes booking a service, she expects to at least be part of the process :(

I had the best experience with Leila today while getting my eyebrows. I felt like she really listened to my concerns, especially my fear of having my brows overthreaded, which has happened to me in the past at other places. Leila was so meticulous and took extra care to make sure I was happy with the result. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I can’t recommend booking with her enough! Plus, the studio itself is absolutely beautiful—and a cool, calming escape on a hot day like today!

Jules did an amazing job today giving me a lash lift and tint along with an eyebrow wax and tint. Will definitely be going back!
