I used to love coming into this salon for mani/pedi services - but this last experience made me never want to come in again. My services felt super rushed, the tech doing my nails was not gentle at all & everything hurt, and then to top everything off, they chipped within a day (gel manicure by the way). I’m really bummed that this experience was so poor - but I am not willing to chance going again for a bad experience.

I love this nail salon! I even get my face waxed here and Linh is the absolute best......I won't go anywhere else! I have been going here consistently the last several years and love everything about it. They are clean, kind, friendly, helpful, and always accommodating!
This used to be a go-to salon, but sadly, I won’t be returning after multiple issues. During my most recent visit, I had my eyebrows waxed and was left with painful burns that took nearly a week to heal. This had occurred with the same (and seemingly only) eyebrow technician and I had hoped was a fluke scenario. I have never had any sensitivity issues with waxing in the past.
