CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP: removing my 5 star review. The reason being the new owner doesn’t know how to do nails, literally. She doesn’t know how to use the drill or the nail file properly. The speed of the drill was too slow it barely removed the gel. Instead of drilling or filing in one direction which is the proper way, she went back and forth on low speed. Very clean place with professional, polite, and attentive staff. I did my nails a week ago and they still look great. Highly recommend!
Lacking in customer service
Such a wonderful experience! I received a GC for Christmas and went with my niece; we both enjoyed it. The space was very clean and tidy. They were very gentle with the kid's mani/pedi and we were thrilled with all of the gorgeous choices. My nail art turned out beautifully! Will definitely be returning in the future!
