You’re better off, saving your hard earned cash. Unless you’re a loyal customer of “Chloe,” you won’t get in with her. I’ve tried two different times to get an appointment, and I was put with Esther, who I adore. Unfortunately, I wanted to make an appointment to see if Chloe would do a nail design, but she made it seem like it was “below her.” All I can say is Wow as a business owner It seems like her behavior is “unless you’re a LOYAL CUSTOMER OF CHLOE,” no guaranteed you’d be acknowledged by her ( terrible customer service... read more

Yeah I few months ago I reviewed with 5 stars… only to find out there is a new management “Chloe” and very RUDE. Went to relax and have my nails done and left stressed and disappointed after Chloe rolled her eyes at me for no reason…

New owner alert! Chloe is so meticulous, creative, and caring. I love that she is now in a bigger salon that offers full service like pedicure, waxing, etc (don’t snooze on their pedicure!!) Her gel mani is simply the best of its kind I’ve ever seen. My mother was a long time nail salon owner so I know talent when I see one. I hope the best for her at this new location. Can’t wait to come back.
