I was on vacation and needed a gel manicure, so I booked here. The staff seemed friendly, but my manicure was butchered! She filed off my gel polish and ruined my natural nails! The shaping was uneven, and I had to basically redo my own nails after leaving here. The "gel" polish they used was peeling off after 1 day! :( very disappointed!
I'm so happy I found this place. Keila was my nail tech and she was amazing. Because I work with my hands, I only get to have my nails done once a year when I take a week off. She gave me a set of nails that are so beautiful and feminine. Probably one of the best jobs I've ever had done. I am SO happy with them. And she made my day more than she knows because I had just left a different nail salon that completely blew off my appt and I was kind of bummed out. Came here for a quick chin wax, Angel was super thorough and extremely personable. Came back with the hubby and bestie for spa pedicures and again Angel was exceptional. Sally was phenomenal as well. They both made us feel so welcome and comfortable while maintaining professionalism. Outstanding service!!! This will definitely be on our list of things to do whenever we are in Orlando. Thanks Angel and Sally, for the laughs and great pedis
