Yes i do agree that they have a-lot of nice looking pieces but the quality is terrible for what you are paying, i bought a prong cuban ring and i had to send it for repair twice but even after that, stones kept falling without any damaged being applied to the ring. Im completely disappointed. This is the reason why they WON’T REFUND no matter what happens.
