Scott and his wife (so sorry I forgot her name!) were SO KIND to my family and I. We were having an issue with unwanted space at the top of our horizontal blinds and they patiently walked us through how to fix them (and sent us home with a special tool)! Didn’t spend a dime yet we were treated like valued customers. Thank you both, you made our day!!!!
Received service in a timely manner shortly after placing kitchen shade order. Phone calls with order made, set up delivery and installation. Weather conditions required the planned trip to be scheduled earlier. Excellent service to install plus adjustment to older parts on downstairs sliding door shade. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Blindsource. Starting from our initial inquiry, they were quick to respond and move our order along. Scott and Mitchell came out to measure, advised us on choices and then returned to install the blinds the day after they received them. Suzanne was on top of the administrative side of things. They make a great team! Call them!
