Amy was quick to make the initial appointment but did not return emails or phone calls after I received her quote. After two trips to the store and still no response I went back to the store and wrote a check for the down payment to get the order placed and she replied right away with back order information. The Roman shade was installed last week and I love it!
Not only did the Blind Source have a great price, they went above and beyond for us. Dave from Blind Source was coming up to Donnelly to install our blinds when Highway 55 got shut down due to a fire. Dave took the long bumpy dirt road via High Valley and got our blinds done! Most places would have postponed and come when it was easy for them. Not Dave! The blinds looked great. Can't say enough good things about Dave and his company.
We had 3 quotes and selected Blindsource. They were the most competitive and we got a great price for a total of 16 blinds. We chose top down / bottom up. Their turn around time was very acceptable, about 4 weeks. The installation team was efficient, professional and left our home spotless.
