Working with them has been the most MISERABLE process I’ve ever experienced. After spending over FOUR THOUSANDS DOLLARS, it’s taken them 3 months, two orders after shipping products with the wrong measurements and four installation appointments after being no shows TWICE. They are extremely unprofessional, they don’t care to fix their mess ups and they will waste your time and money. Stay far far away from this company!
Do Not Buy. The blinds warped into skateboard shapes. Customer service says their policy only allows them to "remake" the same blinds, which will warp again. Customer Service said it could be a result of "direct sunlight". You heard that right. Blinds. Direct sunlight. Who would have thought?
