From start to finish I was made feel like my business was a major inconvenience. My whole house is fitted with their products which is a huge investment. I paid for (an overpriced) service for a broken product that they made and installed and at every point of contact I was met with negativity. Friendly and quick service. Got a quote for custom blinds (VERY REASONABLE) and they were installed within the month! Would highly recommend! The installation is so good that when the blinds are all the way up you can barely tell they are there! Will be going here for future window treatments.
