Our retail showroom is located down the street from Willow Grove Mall, on the corner of Old York Road and Moreland Ave. The Lukoil gas station is located directly across the street as well. Very pleased with entire process from consultation, sales, measuring, and installation. I was kept in the loop throughout and the schedule was adhered to. New blinds installed in living room, dining room, and front entrance foyer. Motorized blinds installed in foyer was most impressive as the window was not easily accessible due to the window height. Excellent customer service and products!!!
Poor custom service related to measurement experience with Jeff. I called blinds to go for window measurements for my home. Scheduling was from 11-1pm. He arrived at 10:45am. He informed me his work order only stated measurements for one window although I wanted previously requested more via the telephone when scheduling. He said he couldn't do more because it was not on the work order and he had a busy day. These are the cheapest, lowest quality blinds I've ever felt. If you grab the center tab to pull them closed you feel like there going to rip right off the wall.
