Tom at the Abington, PA store was extremely helpful.
I went in to order roller shades for my sunroom. I knew exactly what I wanted since I had ordered from here previously. Kerns Charles the design consultant was a pleasure to work with. He had a great personality and was able to help pick out a blind for my door that matched the shades. The bonus was that the previous installer Jason is still with the company and will be installing the new shades. Before I even got home I was called to set up an appointment for measuring. Overall, very helpful, friendly, and communicative team! Ryan and Kayla were very patient with all our questions during the design/sales process. Also special shout-out to Brahim, who installed our shades. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help - really appreciate his efforts!
Purchased blinds over 5 years ago. I recently broke the clips on my blinds so I stopped by the Willow Grove location and was immediately serviced as soon as I walked in with great customer service from Tom and Ryan. They had the accessories I needed and gave me some insights on reinstalling them. Highly recommend
