I used the location at Keele Street, the stockyards. I was completely satisfied with my experience. Sophia was very helpful. My two roller blinds stopped working. With their help I got a new charger and the blinds are working perfectly.

Very helpful!! We bought blinds here 15 years ago and accidentally broke a mounting bracket removing blinds for cleaning. Sandhya Rani was so helpful in setting us up with compatible brand new brackets. It’s terrific they can support a 15 year old product. Because the blinds themselves are perfect. And all the new brackets were less $15. And worked perfectly. We always had a great experience shopping here. I guess that’s why they have been here for decades.
Spent 5 grand on blinds and after 2 weeks I already have buyers remorse! I purchased electronic honeycomb blinds. There were multiple items missing after installation including the wrong remote so I couldn’t open up my blind for a week. Then they send the wrong remote again. The blinds app is slow and sucks. Go elsewhere if you are looking for something that is durable and long lasting. I regret my purchase at BlindstoGo.
