Had nothing but problems with order. Ordered early before moving into new apt. When measured came I was charged more money because floor plan sizes were wrong according to the company? Backorder some blinds. Out of 8 blinds 7 installed and one has to be changed because of incorrect material and one measurement incorrect. Have moved two months ago. I would definitely NOT recommend this company!!’
A belated review. We had blinds installed in 3 rooms about a year ago. They still look great and work fine (we raise them daily). Excellent quality, both the product and the installation.
I bought window treatments for my entire house, including some motorized shades for my living room windows from Blinds to Go a little over a year ago. The installer left some charging cords for the shades. I tried to charge the shades and the chargers do not fit correctly. I called the store and they said that because I made the purchase over a year ago they couldn’t help me.
