They couldn’t have made it any easier. We were replacing an existing blind and they had it ready in a week. Polite and knowledgeable staff.
We purchased a double blind and it was incorrect size and material when we received it. We called to get it corrected and we were told we were stuck with it. They offered a correct one for half the price $600.00 and would not take the original one back. We spoke with the manager and was told the same thing. We asked to speak to the district manager. They told us he would contact us and did not. It been two weeks now and no call.
Everyone i dealt with was super professional and got everything i needed done on time and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get blinds for there home.
It was a pleasant experience to see the blinds in a showroom before buying them. Measurement and installation was seamless. We are very happy with how they look.
