Not a good experience will not recommend or use in future! When I ordered blinds was told price would not go up if I paid $50. to have measured. But yes they raised price after measure. Received blinds and had to alter myself. I had a 22" blind they gave me 24" valance. I have used this location in the past was good something caused a downhill, spent 2 days trying to get in touch no one answers phone. Would not be shocked if they go out of business.

I had very bad experience with the manager of this store Barbara! She never answered my phone or texts! I placed the order and she didn’t confirm it yet even though it has been 2 weeks since I placed the order. I don’t know how the shades will look like after installation but definitely have very bad customer service!

Visited this location on 1/12/25 and placed an order for shades. Today is 2/7/25 and still haven’t received the text on when they will be installed. The salesman at the store said this process is 2 weeks … I think they lie because if they told people the real time frame no one would order from them. Avoid

Product has broken three times in 3 months store and Corp ignore calls and don’t respond to anything I have broken product I’m unhappy with and in two months no manger can return and phone calls and tech lost one of my blinds while taking it in for service so one entire month with out my brand new blinds would give no stars if I could
