Very disappointed that blinds are late and was told they are in Mexico 😟 Staff explains that they cannot offer a solution. For a medical clinic on ground floor…big uncovered windows is not ok
-Sales team and customer service are impossible to work with, even when they admit their errors in the ordering process. -Customer service line does not return calls -Store personnel only give options to keep raising prices and charge more for same item -Takes weeks to get anybody to get back to you. -Would never do business with them again! The response from blinds to go is automated. This customer service line posted below doesn’t return your calls.

Very disappointed with the shady business practice of this store. Received a quote for q roller shade, less than 12 hrs later went back to the store to place the order only to be told the price had gone up due to Trump announcing tariffs. Not only did the tariff never materialize, but this would not have impacted our order since it's existing inventory. They never called us to refund what they charged us for the non existent tariff. PS: They put a standard reply to everyone. They say they want to resolve and give compensation. Yet. I've tried dealing with them and they have no intention of compensating me for anything. Blinds To Go has disappointed me to the max. (Careful with positive reviews - look for a trend of similar issues with other customers). - They do not honor promises.
