Amandeep Paul was super knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very good experience and the blinds look amazing.
Very good customer service from start to finish I am pleased with the finished product
I ordered a large black out blind and when it arrived it was wrinkled along the bottom and didn’t lie flat. I chased Blinds to Go and eventually it was replaced. The second try was worse than the first. It bags in the middle. No one ever asks about satisfaction with the product. No one ever follows up. I would not recommend Blinds to Go.
I had an amazing experience purchasing from Amandeep. She was so helpful, explained all my options to me and the process was super efficient. The blinds are gorgeous and Jarrett did a wonderful job installing them. The online booking system/reminders are great too. 10/10 experience.
