Very disappointed with the shady business practice of this store. Received a quote for q roller shade, less than 12 hrs later went back to the store to place the order only to be told the price had gone up due to Trump announcing tariffs. Not only did the tariff never materialize, but this would not have impacted our order since it's existing inventory. They never called us to refund what they charged us for the non existent tariff. PS: They put a standard reply to everyone. They say they want to resolve and give compensation. Yet. I've tried dealing with them and they have no intention of compensating me for anything. Blinds To Go has disappointed me to the max. (Careful with positive reviews - look for a trend of similar issues with other customers). - They do not honor promises. I recently purchased a new home and worked with Cacha and Sherri both were amazing, knowledgeable and vet helpful. I had questions after I picked up my blinds and the service continued . I would highly recommend this team to everyone .

I recently picked up a set of blinds for my grandparents, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service at Blinds to Go. Sarah, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly kind and even helped me carry everything to my car. The entire experience was first-class, and when it’s time for me to purchase blinds for myself, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’ve already recommended them to my entire family!
