I went to BTG to replace one broken blind in my home. To ensure correct size and style of blinds I needed, I brought the blind in for the staff to see and measure. They said “no problem, easy”. A week later I get the blind in, take it home and it doesn’t fit my window. Frustrated, since I asked the staff to double check measurements with the physical old blind.
