As a returning customer Blinds to Go came through for me on an issue that was my fault. I must say that they went over and above all the way through the process. Overall a "meh" experience that turned out pretty good. The designers that came to visit (Sarah and Sarah) were patient and were able to answer our questions in a way that we were satisfied. The install was a bit bumpy; panels were not aligned (squared up to the frame of window) and the screws they used were too long and the heads stuck out ¼ inch. The screws were also installed at an angle instead of centred into the frame. I couldn't fix this myself as the screws were stripped..This also caused permanent damage to the fram... read more
