The customer service was great. Kajal was knowledgeable, helpful and patient showing me different colours, materials and control types. Even though I didn't end up placing an order I was provided various qoutes and given a few samples to see how they looked in the room.
They know their stuff when it come to blinds/Roman shades /cellular shades and more.. We bought our window treatments from them when we purchased our new home in the country. Buying another shade this year as well.
Ordered $6,000 in blinds over the holidays so waited a long time..no fault of theirs. Installers were fantastic. Notice some rippling in the material was told it should relax after a few days. Rippling is worse. I purchased the most expensive material for these blinds. One of the blinds doesn't function properly. Out of 8 blinds 4 need to go back to be fixed. Extremely frustrating when you pay this kind of money. Basically was told sorry we will get them fixed which is great but now I have the inconvenience again of no blind... read more
