I made an appointment with Blinds-to-go and half an hour before the time someone called and said he would be delayed an hour and would text 15 minutes before he arrived. Several hours later no call, no text, no respect for my time. Thoroughly disgusted!

My experience with Blinds To Go was highly unsatisfactory and fell well below reasonable expectations in terms of both product selection and customer service. The selection of blinds was limited, lacking the variety and customization options. Furthermore, the pricing was disproportionately high given the quality and range of available products. Just put it my new blinds on my new windows. Absolutely gorgeous and the white makes my house brighter and look bigger. Easy to install. Just ask for the larger clips to attach the valance its easier to attach. I used my old ones. My whole house is Blinds to Go including shutters Roman shades and black.out blinds. Amazing quality and good prices with lifetime guarantee. May 2025

I ordered four shades and paid a 50% deposit. After that, someone came to my home to re-measure the windows. Later, I received a call from the company saying that due to a measuring error, I would have to pay more. I couldn’t agree with this, especially since one of the windows turned out to be about 10 inches narrower than the size I originally provided — in fact, I expected the price to go down.
