Great customer service and follow up
Don’t use. Blinds were very delayed/late. Blinds were cut too short, as they were reduced to be side mounted yet the ones sold weee unable to be side mounted (by design, therefore they should have known that). And one blind was over-rolled and had to be taken apart to fix it. Terrible blind production offshore, very slow, poor service in local store. Avoid them, save yourself the aggravation.
I had a wonderful experience when buying my blinds at this BTG location. I was helped by Marjan who was very patient and really took the time with me on a few occasions to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and worked for my place. I also spoke to Jaismeen on one occasion and she was only great. Highly recommend and really appreciate the service I received. Thank you!
