A wonderful experience from start to finish. Jennifer at the Tysons store was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up getting 4 different styles of blinds to go in my house to complement the room or situation that they would be used in. Jen made the process almost effortless. I’m very happy with the colors and materials that we chose and they look great in my house. Great communication and a quick turnaround!
Lovely customer service. They took care of our repairs and were very quick in delivering our new blinds. Ibrahim and Wahid were extremely helpful and very friendly. Strongly recommend!
This is my terrible, unadulterated story! Our first impression was like walking into a used car sales event. Friendly but insincere however we liked the product. We returned after some time and the same insincere greeting and spiel. Inevitably they ordered the wrong product. **Caution** Careful, they are very deliberate about you signing off on the order, and they hold you to that. This alone is a clue.
