My experience with Blinds To Go has been extremely frustrating. I ordered 9 motorized shades, including 3 blackout shades for my bedroom. After a disastrous installation the first time, I had to go through the whole process again. To make matters worse, the shades installed in my bedroom are sheer, not blackout, completely defeating the purpose of my purchase. Blinds To Go did a great job from the in-home sales, to measurement and installation. They were professional, timely and offered a number of options at a good price. The installation team was courteous, quick, hauled away the old blinds and took time to ensure I was happy with their work.
We have ordered Verticle Blinds from Blinds to Go at Store #307, at 8032 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA. The Design Consultant Mr. Ibrahim Ly was very helpful! His knowledges with the business and the patience with customers are exceptional great! We had GREAT experiences with him, and are highly recommend him to be your blinds consultant when you are ready to purchase and install blinds! We believe Blinds to Go is a very good company compared with other vendors.
Fantastic job! Treatments look great and the team did a fantastic job.
Today we went to Blinds to Go, Tysons Corner to inquire about proper window treatments for our newly remodeled main bathroom. We were greeted by Leti who very patiently guided us through the various options we had to satisfy our objectives (see through, motorized, specific color etc) and ended up with with a great deal that we know will make us feel good every time we enjoy our new bathroom along with our brand new window treatments. We fully recommend Leti and the Vienna store based on our fantastic experience today.
