This was my first time purchasing blinds from Blind to go and it was a great experience! Wendy was an amazing rep and is soo nice and a pleasure to deal with!!! I purchased 11 blinds from her and she was so great and informative and made herself available at all times when I called to ask questions. I'm very disappointed with their service. One of the blind mechanisms was broken, and it's been two weeks with no resolution. I contacted customer service, and all they said was to call back in another week. This level of support is unacceptable.
