I'm very disappointed with their service. One of the blind mechanisms was broken, and it's been two weeks with no resolution. I contacted customer service, and all they said was to call back in another week. This level of support is unacceptable.

Avoid this store at all costs. We bought from this store before and were returning customers as we needed one more blinds for the room we just finished renovating. Unfortunately our experience was absolutely horrible "thanks" to the sales rep Ashour. Once we entered the store, he started to lie to us that we can't go with a cordless system and need a more fancy one as it won't work for our window height.
