I was extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff at Blinds to Go in Burlington, ON. Kartika went out of her way to show us all our options, to demonstrate how the motorized blinds work, even to make sure my husband with his cane was seated comfortably so he could view everything she wanted to show us. She is a wonderful salesperson. We had ongoing messages during the waiting period for the blinds to come from the factory, keeping us updated on the schedule. Bought motorized blinds from blinds 2 go 4 months ago, process of getting them was great. However, the motor has stopped working and on first charge wouldn’t charge up. after calling the location I’ve been informed that I now need to pay almost 20% of the value of the blinds just to have them removed and brought back and then reinstalled so they can be fixed. Our experience is that we have ordered blinds in December, were told two weeks for sure, no delays, and it is the middle of May and we are still waiting. Even with tarrifs in place and supply chain complications - this is extreme. There is zero accountability, we keep getting random dates that never end up being real. First a manufacturing delay, then an installation delay, nobody knows anything, nobody can track it....
