Me and my husband had a great experience with Blinds To Go. Our design Consultant Marco Sangama walked us through a smooth process, gave us great recommendation for our window treatments and answer all of our questions. If anyone wants to have a great experience and a smooth process I highly recommend working with Marco.
The work was done messy and left lots of debris on the floor and rug even spread to other side of the room. The blinds on one of the windows are not closing all the way. The installer had extremely heavy and bad body oder.
I had a good experience with Blinds to Go at Rockville Pike branch. Marco is professional, he showed different kinds of blinds to me in the showroom and explained the quotation patiently. We made several edits and calculations to finalize what we are looking for and we end up ordering 15 blinds and 9 accessories last March. All good and works well.
