Ordered 5 shades. One was the wrong size. Installer has been here 3 times and I still do not have all shades. Not happy with customer service. Don't have a clue when final installation will happen. Update- Thank you Rockville Blinds to Go for reaching out to resolve the problem. Do appreciate the extra effort.
We have had multiple great experiences working with Donni to select and order our window treatments, and Guillermo to measure and install. We have been doing our project in phases and they make it easy to go from one phase to the next - we love working with them! Highly recommend!

Me and my husband had a great experience with Blinds To Go. Our design Consultant Marco Sangama walked us through a smooth process, gave us great recommendation for our window treatments and answer all of our questions. If anyone wants to have a great experience and a smooth process I highly recommend working with Marco.
The work was done messy and left lots of debris on the floor and rug even spread to other side of the room. The blinds on one of the windows are not closing all the way. The installer had extremely heavy and bad body oder.
