The products are cool, but the customer service is terrible. I have been calling every single day and leaving messages asking for someone to return my call. I bought a new house and did not know a single thing about window treatment. Javier was so helpful and thorough. He was able to explain and answer all of my questions and my now my house looks amazing. If you are buying window treatment ask Javier!
Don't use this company. They don't honor their customers. I was waiting for a technician to come to my home today, only to find out I was rescheduled until Saturday. I waited for 6 hrs for the time frame I was scheduled, and no one came. I was advised when I called to check the status, I was rescheduled until Saturday. I was never told about paying a labor cost, for if they broke, and I was never called about them rescheduling me. The customers are not HONORED.
Updated my previous review. One of the roller blinds was broken a month ago. We have reached out with the customer service. They changed broken blinds to a new one. Service office rejected our request for the installation a new blind, they demanded fee for installation/90 dollars. We have a guarantee for the service, but nobody care about it.
