We had blinds installed but immediately noticed a tear in one because the installer had left a bracket with a shape edge exposed. They replaced them without issue but unknown to us it appears that they had just taped over the sharp edge so it took longer to wear but eventually they tore in the exact same spot. We contacted them and sent pics but they disagreed with our assessment and even refused to send someone to look at it. We will not recommend them or purchase from them again.

I would not recommend buying blinds from this company. I bought motorised blinds, it fell off to floor within 3 months. It damaged my property too. When I asked for the 5 years warranty. They told me to get it to the store then they send it to the factory and there too they will not cover for wear and tear of their cheap fabric only mechanism is covered. Secondly I have to pay 80$ for service. Who will install this blind again. The hub is of very cheap quality. It doesn’t work after 2 months of installation. I am very disapp... read more

We love our new blinds, and they were very easy to install. My only complaint is that the salesman specifically told me they were made in Montreal, but they came emblazoned with a sticker saying they were made in Lakewood NJ, USA, and the shipping label also says they came from NJ. Believing that the blinds were coming from a Canadian source affected my decision to buy these particular blinds. I probably would not have bought them if I had known they were coming from the USA.

Maybe the final cut was done in Montreal, but they were not made in Montreal.
