We were assisted by Alyson, and the service was excellent. We really liked the quality and the price of the curtains. Highly recommended!
Ordered motorized blinds from this store and paid for install. One of the blinds stopped working properly and requires a charge almsot daily. There is supposed to be warranty. Their solution is for me to remove the blinds I paid to be installed bring them to their store so it can be sent out to manufacturer for inspection while I am without blinds for who knows how long that will take.
