Wonderful service! The whole experience from choosing my window treatments to the installation was fast, friendly and pleasant. Love my new blinds!!
The sales staff were very helpful and friendly. However my blinds were to be ready in 2 to 3 weeks and after 5 weeks I called. They had been ready but no one called for installation. Then it was another week. After blinds were installed I ordered valances . Someone was to come and never showed up. Made another appointment and didn’t show up again . As of today I still do not have my valances . Maybe today ???? Very disappointed in their service
Love the look! The installers were fast, courteous and cleaned everything up spotless!
Installer was great and worked efficiently. I do need to call them back because the patio door catches the blind and I cannot fully close the door. All in all a good experience.
New blinds look great and Russel (installer) was very courteous and efficient.
