From order to delivery and installation everything went smoothly. Our sales person Ravindra spent time explaining each blind and mechanism that we were considering. Measurement (I forget the person's name) was quick and accurate and they arrived on time. The online order tracking was a nice feature. We had lots of notice of installation timing via text and email and a call 15 minutes before arrival of the installer.
