Terrible experience at the Sportsworld location. We went in and explained exactly what we wanted. On 3 occasions, I asked for confirmation that the style we requested was what we were getting. First, when we came in, again when the order was written up and again at the time of payment. I was assured each time that we were getting exactly what we requested.
