I requested a consultation for blinds for my main floor. The consultant, Vienna, showed me my options, gave advice, and I placed an order. Communication via email and text messages was good. The installation was timely and well done.
We needed one of our blinds repaired in our condo (the housing had come loose from the ceiling). I called many blind stores in the Guelph/KW/Cambridge region asking about service and Blinds to Go were the only ones that a) would service blinds they didn't originally sell and b) called me back when they said they would. The service call itself was flawless and quick. The price wasn't inexpensive, but in line with the quality and quickness of service. Well done!
