Great selection and service!
On 10/17/25 called ahead informing them the I had a broken chain on my blind and if they could fix it. They replied that they could. I confirmed that I only needed to bring the roller piece and chain not the entire blind. When I get there they story is completely different and the service provided subpar especially the rude lady on the front that was even the least bit helpful giving my “oh well” type of responses. The guy at least somewhat tried. Had to travel 2 hours round trip for no reason
Great experience at Blinds To Go! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the process was quick and easy. They had a nice selection of blinds, and the quality is really good for the price. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their windows!
Stopped in for some spare clips for our vertical blinds, wonderful manager and representative at the desk were both eager to help. I had some questions about a possible upgrade and there was no pressure, just honest info. They were thorough and helpful.
