Doug was very nice and made the process easy but things took a turn for the worse when it came to scheduling the installer. The installer took days to call and couldn't accommodate us quickly as promised. He finally scheduled for a Thursday at 4. We were promised the blinds would be installed by Thanksgiving, so this was already cutting it close. My wife is a nurse and left work early 3 hours to meet but he didn't show.
