My girlfriend purchased a window blind from this company two or three years ago. It was an automated blind and it stopped working. She called the business and one of the owners, DavId, was absolutely amazing. He tried to help her over the phone but when they couldn’t get it working, he came over to the house the next day and fixed it for her and he didn’t charge her anything! Best customer service ever!
Lauren provided excellent advice and service. Always available for questions and help. David did an awesome job of installation. The entire process from start to finish was easy ,efficient and the result was beautiful. Would highly recommend Blinds Plus Design.
Blinds Plus Designs has not only the best customer service and sells beautiful window coverings (I love my new banded blinds) but they're also a local Huntington Beach Mom and Pop Shop. How great is that?
