So happy to have Alex measure and install my new blinds! He answered all my questions and made suggestions that would work well for my windows. He explained and demonstrated features of the blinds and was very patient about the installation process when I told him it was my first time dealing with blinds. I would certainly recommend Alex for any blinds and installation process you may have.
Alex was great to work with. I was exploring acoustic reduction alternatives for a sliding glass door. He had several suggestions that extended beyond their services . I very much appreciated his thoughtfulness and honest approach.

Had a quick response to my initial inquiry, set up to get a quote within a week. He came to our house, measured everything, and had lots of display samples. We were pleased with the quote for our whole home (15+ windows), put in our order, after a few weeks for delivery he installed them all in a few hours. No major problems, recommended them to all of our friends
