Writing on behalf of my mother. She got in contact with a gentleman named Javier and she was supposed to have an appointment on this past Friday at 12. No phone call or anything. She ends up calling and he stated that he was in Naples and that he called. COMPLETELY FALSE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
