Poor. Required new headrail set. Was told needed to both deliver to and later collect from reps home address. Found more professional and cheaper product elsewhere.
I would highly recommend Blinds Direct York. They have installed blinds in two of my apartments, and the quality of their work has been outstanding each time. I've had three different types of blinds fitted over the past 3 years, and all were done with precision and care. Jack and Hannah were friendly and professional throughout the process. Great competitive prices and always a good choice to support a reliable local business!
Delivery issues I made an extra payment to receive my order on Monday the 16th and no one contacted me to inform me that there was a delay. I knew that it would be like that when I made a call on the afternoon Monday 16th, when I saw that I had no information regarding my order. I received a partial shipment by DX today 18th in the afternoon, and the other part of the order at night after several contacts with DHL. Recently used 'Blinds Direct York' again, after using them a couple of times previously, & can say each time they have been fantastic. Everything was easy & straight forward, from getting a quote, to organizing fitting & making payment. Hannah & Jack are both friendly & professional & I am so happy with my blinds - they look great!
