I bought hunter Douglas shutters from them that need pieces replaced and I have been trying to get a hold of them for over 3 YEARS and no one will call me back. I have heard this from several people. They are never open. Open by apt only. They will not call you back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Their customer service is non existent. I had to finally go to a different place & pay to get the replacement pcs that should have been free thru them.
I believe this business has permanently closed.
Ordered blinds in Nov 2020. They charged me. A few errors with the product on ordering. It’s June 2021 and still no blinds. Excuse after excuse. I’ll be filing a complaint with BBB and my credit card company for never receiving product. Horrible customer experience.
