If there were a more negative rating I would give it! I have been waiting for simple drapes to be installed on ONE WINDOW for over 4 months !!!! The company took 50% deposit and thus far has not delivered anything. Ed in sales has the worst communication skills. Even during pandemic I did not have such abysmal service from any business!!! Do better, Blinds and Designs !!!
During the process of sending my blind to Hunter Douglas (since my blind was still under warranty), the company followed up with me constantly. With their service and support, I will definitely recommend them to my friends. I also will call them up for a blind and shade appointment since I am thinking about changing the design of my house.
David and his team are excellent. I’ve worked with him on my own house as well as client projects and he’s always knowledgeable and responsive. There’s a great variety of shade options, manual and automatic. His installers are also very thorough and ensures that they leave the place clean after an install. Highly recommend!
