My installation went smoothly, Dan arrived right on time, and spent time with me to show all the features the new blinds have. How to charge the blind motors, and how the remote controls the blinds. This is our second installation with Blinds and Designs, and love these Hunter Douglas Blinds.

I’ll give a high mark because of the absolutely fantastic service I received from Libni Antelo, who is responsible for Operations at Blinds by Design. A longtime customer living not too far from the store, I have had ongoing problems with my blinds. I exchanged my old blinds from Blinds by Design for new ones about ten years ago. The strings, however, tend to get stuck sending me to Operations somewhat regularly to drop off the broken blind, this to save the at least $200 it would otherwise cost.
