Great experience all the way from educating us about what’s available, suggestions to what might make most sense, advised on technical features and reliability, to installation and after-project services. We always go to Blinds & Designs for our drape needs and have always been satisfied. Recently one of our old drapes needed repair in the pulling mechanism. B&D arranged for the installer to come out and pick them up, repair and fix them. They were always responsive on email/voicemail. Very grateful!

The ultimate in service and helpfulness! Called to explain that our shade had become unglued and Blinds & Designs, without hesitation, had one of their employees drop by the next day to look at what could be done. Within one hour of his visit I received a phone call that the shade would be replaced at no charge under their lifetime warranty on the product.
